Teresa Goldson has more than twenty five years experience working with adults as a trainer, mentor, counsellor and coach.

With her passion for training, and an abiding interest in people, Teresa is ideally suited to the role of trainer for both individuals and companies.

With personal experience of business, Teresa is well placed to offer training and advice to sole traders and those thinking of starting their own business.
"I know what it takes to run your own successful business. Being good at your trade doesn't automatically mean you have a flair for marketing, customer relations and book keeping. We have developed a range of cost effective workshops specifically to meet those needs."
